Maer Group is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is initially offered on a casual basis (variable – currently estimated at 8-10 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and tasks including booking meetings, event planning, meeting preparation and notes, arranging catering, and ordering office supplies.
  • Travel arrangements & calendar management
  • Entering invoices and payment receipts into the accounts payable system (Xero)
  • Assisting with preparation of analysis, data entry, research, strategy development and client reports
  • Additional tasks for Ensoul Psychology (same location) may include processing referrals, making appointments and making phone calls
  • Additional reasonable tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an in administration, bookkeeping or executive assistant position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in our Brightwater office
  • Flexible and adaptable with good availability as needed.

Good to have:

  • Experience using Xero accounting and/or Halaxy software
  • Experience in a marketing
  • Basic knowledge of design including Adobe Creative Suite/Canva
  • Sunshine Coast based & ability to start ASAP
  • Long-term aspirations to progress with us!
